When we where ready to move forward, Wendy had several agents in the loop and we showed our house seven or eight times in 48 hours. Five offers where made and we choose the best out of them. We where a little unprepared for all the hopes you need to jump through after accepting an offer. Wendy came and sat with us during our sewer and dye test. Wendy sells a lot of houses for a reason. Her and Tara are very good at what they do!
